Arjun founded Kas Denge Technologies after spending 8 years building production systems at startups and mid-size companies. He leads the engineering team and personally architects every project's backend. His approach is pragmatic — ship fast, but never ship fragile. Every system he designs is built to hand off cleanly to another team if needed, because code that only one person can maintain isn't really production code. Outside of work, he contributes to open-source Node.js tooling and mentors junior engineers through local tech meetups.
